Tummy Tamer Tisane
Got gas, bloating, nausea, morning sickness, or an ulcer? This blend gently soothes flare ups and upset tummies. It was created by an herbalist friend of Lily's who also has Crohn's. This is her "flare up" blend! Safe for all ages and quite tasty, too!
We recommend that if you have long-standing chronic digestive issues or a condition like Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis, that you also use Digestive Bitters as a tonic.
Ingredients (locally sourced whenever possible): Chamomile*, Catnip*, Mint*, Fennel Seed*, Plantain*, Marshmallow root* (*organic)
How to make a tisane:
Herbal teas, or tisanes, steep longer than actual tea (Camillia sinensis). While you only brew tea for 2-3 minutes, you steep an herbal brew for at least 15 minutes covered. Add sweetener if you desire. Drink as needed.
