This mix of seeds includes 5 packs of full sun, annual summer and winter squash vegetable varieties for planting. Included in this variety pack are round zucchini, straightneck yellow summer squash, butternut, spaghetti, and acorn squash seeds for your garden.
- Round zucchini is a compact summer squash with yellow or green skin. The plants are easy to grow and are compact. The fruits have a mild flavor that is good to eat fresh raw or cooked. Straight neck yellow is another summer squash with highly productive plants. The edible flowers can also be fried for an early summer treat.
- Winter Squash - Spaghetti squash is a low carb winter squash with a unique texture that forms long strands. It is a healthy, high fiber vegetable that is often used as a substitute for noodles. Butternut is a tan winter squash with bright orange flesh that can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. Acorn squash store exceptionally well once cured and are delicious when stuffed.

Round Zucchini (pkg. wt. 3.5g) is a small and round summer squash that reaches about 2-3 inches around. It has green or yellow skin and is used for sautéing, stuffing, or grilling.
Straightneck Yellow (pkg. wt. 2g) has an elongated shape, mild flavor, and bright yellow skin. It can be cooked in various ways or used raw in salads. The vine is high yielding and productive.
Spaghetti squash (pkg. wt. 2g) has a mild flavor and a stringy texture that is slightly crunchy. It can be used as a low-carb substitute for pasta and is high in fiber. The fruits reach 2-5 pounds each.
Butternut squash (pkg. wt. 2g) has a distinctive bell shape, tan skin, and sweet, nutty flesh with a flavor similar to pumpkin or sweet potato. It can be stored for several months in long term storage if properly cured.
Table King Acorn Squash (pkg. wt. 5g) (Cucurbita pepo) is an heirloom winter squash known for its compact size and rich flavor. How to Use
Herbal remedies, supplements, and tonics are fundamentally different from pharmaceuticals (and we like it that way). They are designed to restore your body and its systems to homeostasis gently- working with your body.

We post basic dosage guidelines, but keep in mind if you have more body mass or a faster metabolism than the average bear, you may need to take a larger dose than indicated. If there are hard-and-fast limitations on how often you can take the product, it will be listed on the package. Most can be used up to six times daily without problems (but we doubt that you would need to do that).
Remember, there are no "magic bullets" in life, and any product (herbal, pharmaceutical, or otherwise) claiming 100% success without knowing you, your constitution, and your lifestyle is lying and trying to get into your wallet. Often, herbalists (and MDs) need to try several products before we find the one that works for your unique biochemistry.
