Refund policy

Due to the ephemeral nature of botanical, preservative free products, refunds are not possible for products that have been opened (and unspoiled). Refunds or exchanges are available for spoiled products or products that have been harmed in shipping.

While spoilage is rare, it can happen when exposed to extreme temperatures in the shipping process. Haven Herbs takes the utmost care in how we package and ship our products to prevent this possibility.

We ask that you take a picture of the damaged product when you reach out for a replacement by email.
