This bath salt blend is perfect for unwinding, relaxing after a stressful day and getting a great night of sleep. The calming properties of lavender essential oil combined with the nervine properties of chamomile and passionflower will take your bath to the next level. Both Chamomile and Passionflower nourish the nervous system, can also relieve muscle tension, give the body ease.
Skin will feel smooth, soft and rejuvenated after a 20-minute soak.
Our small batch, handcrafted bath salts draw out impurities, toxins, oil, dirt and sweat from the skin as well as increasing blood circulation. They aid in the healing of dry skin, making skin soft and supple while helping relax the body and sore muscles.
Ingredients: Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, Lavender Flowers, Chamomile, Passionflower, Blue Corn Flowers and EO Blend.
BATH Directions
1. Bring Bath Water to Hot/Warm Temperature.
2. While bath is filling up add ¼ cup - ½ cup of bath salts to Tub.
3. Once bath water is at desired level enter bathtub and soak for 20 minutes.
FOOT BATH Directions
1. Add Hot/Warm Water to Foot Bath.
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of bath salts to Foot bath container.
3. Soak for 20 minutes.

Herbal remedies, supplements, and tonics are fundamentally different from pharmaceuticals (and we like it that way). They are designed to restore your body and its systems to homeostasis gently- working with your body.

We post basic dosage guidelines, but keep in mind if you have more body mass or a faster metabolism than the average bear, you may need to take a larger dose than indicated. If there are hard-and-fast limitations on how often you can take the product, it will be listed on the package. Most can be used up to six times daily without problems (but we doubt that you would need to do that).
Remember, there are no "magic bullets" in life, and any product (herbal, pharmaceutical, or otherwise) claiming 100% success without knowing you, your constitution, and your lifestyle is lying and trying to get into your wallet. Often, herbalists (and MDs) need to try several products before we find the one that works for your unique biochemistry.
