Ingredients (locally sourced whenever possible): Reishi, Shiitake, Astragalus, Eleuthro, Mulberry, Makino, Goji.
How to Use:
This comes in two ready-to-use pouches (enough for two different pots), which can be placed in soup or broth as it simmers to add a dose of wellness. (There are two pots worth in each package.) While some of the items are rather woody (Astragalus, Reishi, Makino), others can be eaten if desired (Eleuthro, Shiitake, Mulberry).
