These straws are the perfect height for a quart jar (32oz) or pint-and-a-half (24oz) jar.

Size and Fit: Each straw is hand cut and hand polished, so small variations in diameter are normal.
Ideal height for 24oz or 32oz mason jars.
- Thin: 9mm external diameter, 6mm internal diameter. They fit 10mm straw holes, which are compatible with our stainless steel and silicone straw hole lids. They do not fit 8mm painted straw-hole lids.
  Thick: 10 mm external diameter. They fit 11mm straw holes, which are compatible with our silicone and bamboo straw hole lids. They do not fit our stainless steel or painted straw-hole lids.
Sturdy Glass: Made from clear borosilicate glass, the same as used in sturdy glass cookware, which is very strong and shatter resistant
Easy to Clean: Glass straws are fun because you can see the liquid rising up through them like in a disposable straw. It is also easy to see if they are clean, and they are dishwasher safe.

Cleaning
For best results, use a straw brush with hot water and soap. The straws are dishwasher safe and can also be boiled for sterilizing.
Tip: I usually rinse after use, place them in the dishwasher, then run a straw cleaner through each one before storing them. This ensures no residue is left behind.

How to Use

Herbal remedies, supplements, and tonics are fundamentally different from pharmaceuticals (and we like it that way). They are designed to restore your body and its systems to homeostasis gently- working with your body.

We post basic dosage guidelines, but keep in mind if you have more body mass or a faster metabolism than the average bear, you may need to take a larger dose than indicated. If there are hard-and-fast limitations on how often you can take the product, it will be listed on the package. Most can be used up to six times daily without problems (but we doubt that you would need to do that).

Remember, there are no "magic bullets" in life, and any product (herbal, pharmaceutical, or otherwise) claiming 100% success without knowing you, your constitution, and your lifestyle is lying and trying to get into your wallet. Often, herbalists (and MDs) need to try several products before we find the one that works for your unique biochemistry.
